Background

Jennefer holds a B.A. in Communications & Political Science and an MBA in Business and Interactive Marketing. She is a Certified Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). ICF is the only independent, globally recognized accredited organization for coaches. Jennefer is certified in “The Art & Science of Using DISC.” She is qualified to administer and facilitate DISC assessments, which measures your (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness). DISC assessments can help you better understand your work style and how to build more effective relationships. Jennefer has over 13 years of coaching experience in the automotive industry.
